To better understand what's happening, could you please let me know where you obtained the Visio Standard 2024 installer (for example, Microsoft account portal, Volume Licensing Service Center, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, or another source)?
Also, did you try the steps in the Microsoft support article below? Install Visio or access Visio for the web | Microsoft Support
If you have tried that article, please let us know:
- Which step you reached.
- What happens when you launch the Visio installer.
- Whether any error message or code appears.
- Whether you currently have Microsoft 365 Apps installed, and if so, whether it is the 32-bit or 64-bit version.
Additionally, could you please let me know where the license was purchased or assigned from (Retail purchase / Microsoft volume licensing / CSP-partner purchase / Other), as the appropriate support and installation steps depend on the license source.
