If the certification is still visible in the Microsoft Learn transcript but no longer appears in Partner Center, use this supported troubleshooting path:
- Confirm the Learn profile is still linked in Partner Center.
- Sign in to the Partner Center page for Learn profile linking.
- Open the Microsoft Learn tab.
- Verify the profile is still linked.
- Check whether a recent link or unlink action occurred.
- Frequent linking and unlinking affects how certifications, roles, and benefits eligibility are recognized in Partner Center.
- Users can link or unlink an individual profile up to three times per year.
- After each link or unlink, a 30-day cooldown applies before another change can be made.
- Allow for synchronization time.
- Certifications and assessments can take up to 10 days to appear in Partner Center after linking.

- Verify the certification is present in the correct Learn profile.
