I am applying through Microsoft for Startups with a new personal Microsoft account. Before LinkedIn verification, the startup dashboard displays “Unlock $200 in Azure credits,” although the current Microsoft documentation describes up to $1,000.

I have not completed LinkedIn verification and have not activated or redeemed any Azure credit.

When I try to access Program Support, Azure Portal returns AADSTS16000 because my Live account does not exist in the “Microsoft Services” tenant. Azure Help then redirects me to Engage Center, where it displays “No Access.” Therefore, I cannot create the required private support request.

Could a Microsoft moderator please initiate a private escalation to Microsoft for Startups Program Support to:

Repair the account/tenant provisioning.
Confirm why the account displays $200.
Correct the entitlement before activation if the account qualifies for the higher starter credit.

Please contact me privately so I can provide my account email, tenant ID, correlation ID, and screenshots securely.

The "$200 in Azure credits" you are seeing is actually the standard Azure Free Account offer. Because you haven't completed the LinkedIn verification yet, your account has not been fully processed by the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, meaning the higher startup credit tier hasn't been unlocked or applied to your account yet.

The AADSTS16000 error and the "No Access" message in the Engage Center are happening for the same reason. Your personal Microsoft account is trying to access an enterprise support tenant, but because your startup application/verification isn't finished, your account hasn't been properly provisioned in that backend system yet.

Recommended Next Step: Please proceed with completing the LinkedIn verification and finish your profile setup in the Founders Hub. Once your application is fully submitted and approved:

The backend will provision your account properly, granting you access to the Startups Program Support portal.
