A collaborative workspace app in Microsoft 365 designed to help teams co-create, stay organized, and work together in real time across apps and devices.
Hi @Quek Gim Chye,
To better understand your setup and environment, could you please help confirm the following information?
- Which Outlook version are you using: Classic Outlook, New Outlook, Outlook for Mac, or Outlook on the web (OWA)?
- Is the Loop Components button also disabled in Outlook on the web when using the same account?
- Is the Loop icon missing entirely, or is it visible but greyed out/disabled in the compose window?
- Are other users in your organization experiencing the same issue?
I also noticed that some AI-assisted responses in the forum have already suggested a few areas to check. Have you had a chance to review or test any of those recommendations yet?
In the meantime, based on my experience and the information available so far, if you're unable to resolve the issue from your side, or if other users in your organization are experiencing the same behavior, it may be worth reaching out to your Microsoft 365 administrator. They can help review any tenant-level policies, Conditional Access settings, licensing requirements, or other organizational configurations that could be preventing Loop Components from being enabled.
For reference, your administrator may find the following documentation helpful: Manage Loop in your organization | Microsoft Learn
If there are any updates regarding the questions above or the troubleshooting steps you've already tried, please feel free to leave a comment under my answer. I'll be notified of your response and can take another look based on the latest information you've shared.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
