Foundry Tools: Listing Issue — Marketplace Offer Not Appearing in Foundry Catalog — Still need assistance — Foundry publisher onboarding for TCPFN

Hi Microsoft Support,

I'm still having an issue and need further assistance. The problem is NOT resolved.

Summary of current state:

- We have an Azure Marketplace SaaS offer (tcpfn-foundry-model, plan tcpfn_silver) in Preview.

- That listing does NOT appear in AI Foundry model publishers or model catalog.

- We understand Marketplace and Foundry are separate ecosystems and need the Foundry-specific onboarding path.

Actions already taken on our side:

1) Submitted "Request a model" on https://ai.azure.com/catalog/models with:

- Model: TCPFN Foundry Model v2.1

- Publisher: PROFITOPS INC

- Type: Foundation model — industrial time series / causal inference (NOT an LLM)

- Container: xxxxxxxxxx

- Digest: xxxxxxxxxx

- Marketplace offer: tcpfn-foundry-model / tcpfn_silver

- HF: xxxxxxxxxx

- Docs: xxxxxxxxxx

- Contacts: xxxxxxxxxx

2) No "Publisher Application / Apply" entry is visible on the Foundry home page for tenant xxxxxxxxxx (PROFITOPS INC).

3) Search for "tcpfn" in Foundry returns "No models found" — expected until onboarding completes.

Technical / commercial package (ready for review):

- RG: profitops-tcpfn-foundry, AML workspace: mlw-tcpfn-foundry (East US)

- License server: xxxxxxxxxx

- Marketplace webhook: xxxxxxxxxx

Please escalate to the Foundry Models / partner catalog onboarding team (NOT Azure Policy allow-list).

We need explicit answers to:

1) Qualifying criteria for a non-LLM time-series causal foundation model (similar to niche catalog publishers, e.g. Nixtla / PriorLabs).

2) Exact portal path or application URL for Foundry publisher onboarding for our tenant.

3) Required documentation (RAI model datasheet, container/registry requirements, Marketplace offer linkage).

4) Expected registry / model asset ID format after approval (e.g. azureml-profitops-*).

5) Whether prior ticket xxxxxxxxxx should be merged with this case.

Goal: PROFITOPS INC listed on https://ai.azure.com/catalog/publishers and TCPFN discoverable/deployable from https://ai.azure.com/catalog/models.
