How to fix Outlook whch is double spaced. Dell could not fix.
Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
all emails incoming and out going are double spaced; contacts are duble spaced

Did you perhaps accidently enable "Immersive Reader"?
Thx Hornblower. Only think I did was chage my golf watch; Dell tried for 2+ hrs to fix w/out success. I got on here and clicked on Immersive Reader; it fixed everything. Amazing! R2

Is your Email address an Outlook.com address?
First please do this:
Reset the Classic Outlook views: close Outlook, press Win + R, run:
outlook.exe /cleanviews

Create a new Outlook profile to verify. Go to Control Panel → Mail → Show Profiles → Add, configure the account, and test the new profile.
