    Hello Wendy Miranda,

I understand that you purchased Microsoft 365 Personal through Google Play and are now trying to upgrade to Microsoft 365 Premium through Microsoft.com, but the purchase is being blocked by the PUR-ConversionBlockedSyndicated error.

The error might indicate the Microsoft account already has an active subscription managed by a third-party provider. In this case, that provider is Google Play, so Microsoft.com cannot directly convert the active subscription to Premium.

I recommend trying the steps below:

    1. Open Google Play and cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription or turn off automatic renewal.
    2. Check its expiration date under Microsoft account > Services & subscriptions.
    3. Once the Google Play subscription has fully expired, purchase Microsoft 365 Premium from Microsoft.com using the same Microsoft account.

Please note that cancelling usually only stops the next renewal. It does not immediately end the subscription you have already paid for. Since the purchase was made through Google Play, you would need to contact Google Play directly for cancellation, billing, or refund assistance.

If the error continues after the subscription has expired, you can try contacting Microsoft Support and provide the error code so they can check whether the previous subscription is still recorded as active.

Since this is a user-to-user forum, we cannot access your subscription or make billing changes from here, we can only share suggestions based on our findings and personal experiences.

Here's how to reach out to the Microsoft Support Team (live chat or callback request):

    1.  Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In the search box, enter a short description of your issue, for example:
    3. Hit "Get Help"
    4. Scroll down and select Sign in to contact support for further assistance (please sign in using a personal Microsoft account). Then follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.

Tip: Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.

Hopefully your issue will be sorted out soon. Thank you so much for your patience!

    Best regards.
