How to get back an information that is not pulling through from Ms form

550 students were requested to fill in the form on Microsoft with all the information required but the results came out saying out of 550, 510 did fill in the form and out of that 510, 320 appears on the form but all 510 appears on excel

Hi Xoliswa,

You can try re-sync the workbook. On the Responses tab, click the "…" (ellipsis) and choose "Sync all responses to a new workbook." This refreshes the connection and can bring the Forms-side view back in line with the full count.
