Insert a youtube preview on word document

I'm trying to insert the preview page from a youtube posting into my Word document on my Mac. When i click on "insert" i do not see the prompt "online videos."

Word for Mac does not support insertion of online videos. That feature is found only in Word for Windows and Word for the web. If you upload your document to your Onedrive account, you can open it in Word for the web and add an online video there.
