can't find create feature on copilot

I have been using the create feature on copilot for years, in fact just used it on Monday. I cannot find it now.... I was able to take a picture of a piece of paper and convert it to a document and then save and it would automatically sync to my one drive... Can you tell me where the creaet feature is located now?
