The administration of Viva Engage is typically handled by your Microsoft 365 Global Administrators, Viva Engage Administrators, Corporate Communicators, Answers admin, Network admin, or Verified admin depending on how your organization manages the platform.
Regarding multilingual capabilities:
- Message translation can be enabled by a Viva Engage administrator in the network settings. When enabled, users can translate posts into their preferred language using Microsoft Translator. This setting is disabled by default and must be enabled by an administrator.
- Multi-language posts are a separate feature that allows authors to create and publish manually curated versions of the same post in multiple languages. Readers automatically see the version that matches their language preference. This capability is available for Viva Engage Premium licensed users.
