Copilot not available for Family members in Microsoft 365 Family subscription

Hello,

I am a member of a Microsoft 365 Family subscription and have been using it for over a year. While the administrator account of our Family subscription can see and use Copilot in Word and PowerPoint, none of the other family members (including myself) have access to Copilot.

We have already:

Updated all Office applications to the latest version

Checked the options/settings in Word and PowerPoint

Tried both the desktop and web versions

Despite these steps, the Copilot icon and features are still missing for all Family members except the administrator.

Could you please confirm whether Copilot should be available to all members of a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, and if so, help us enable it on our accounts?
