Microsoft for Startups UK Business Verification Issue

I am trying to complete business verification for my UK-registered startup.

The verification form asks for a Business Registration ID that must be exactly 21 alphanumeric characters, but UK Companies House registration numbers are 8 characters.

I am also unable to contact Microsoft for Startups Program Support. My Microsoft for Startups page does not display the “Your Microsoft Team” or “Get program support” option described in Microsoft’s documentation. Using the ? → Help + support route only takes me to generic Azure Support and requires me to select an unrelated Azure service.

Could someone from Microsoft for Startups advise how I can submit my UK Companies House registration details correctly and access Program Support for business verification?
