How to put my own us mail return address on a word365 envelope, It still shows it as a button to select but then blocks it and says to use Microsoft Exchange

My Microsoft Word365 has blocked using the envelope return address function. It says to use Microsoft Exchange. Why and how If it is mandatory? It used to be a simple function select button when using it.

Which version of Microsoft Word are you using?

File > Account > About Word

Microsoft Exchange has to do, I believe, with email, not printed documents like envelopes.
