    Hi!

What type of headphone connection is it (Bluetooth, Aux cable)? If it is an Aux cable, is it P2/TRS or P3/TRRS?

What kind of issue does it have besides being slow?

Does an error code appear when you connect it to the laptop?

What is the full model name of your Lenovo laptop?

    • Press WINDOWS + R > Type "msinfo32" > In System Summary, send me a screenshot.

Try these steps on the Lenovo laptop to isolate whether the issue is the Bluetooth connection, the audio profile, or Windows Bluetooth itself:

    1. Make sure the laptop is using the correct playback device.
      • Select the Audio icon on the right side of the taskbar.
      • If listening to music, select the Stereo playback option for the headphones rather than a Hands-Free option.
      • The context shows that on Windows, stereo is the correct profile for music, while hands-free is for calls.
    2. Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
      • On Windows 11: select Network on the right side of the taskbar, then toggle Bluetooth off and back on.
      • On Windows 10: open action center and toggle Bluetooth off and back on.
    3. Restart the headphones.
      • Turn the headphones off, then back on using the power button.
    4. Remove the headphones from Windows and pair them again.
      • On Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > select the headphones > Remove device.
      • Then pair the headphones again.
      • If audio works normally on the phone but not on the laptop, the context indicates the issue is likely related to the Bluetooth connection.
    5. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
      • On Windows 11: Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Run next to Bluetooth.
      • On Windows 10: Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
    6. Test with other Bluetooth accessories disconnected.
      • If another Bluetooth mouse or accessory is connected, temporarily disconnect it and test the headphones again. The context notes that other Bluetooth devices can interfere with call audio quality.
    7. Try the headphones with another PC if available.
      • If they work well on another PC but stay laggy only on the Lenovo laptop, that points to the laptop Bluetooth side rather than the headphones.

If the sound is specifically cutting out or sounding distorted only on the Lenovo laptop, the most relevant first checks are:

    • use the Stereo audio profile for music
    • re-pair the headphones
    • run the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter
    • test with other Bluetooth devices temporarily disconnected
