A Process Circle Appears Near the Cursor When Using an External Keyboard on Surface Pro 11.

If I disconnect the keyboard the mouse cursor works normally.

Why is it happening give me solution to resolve it.

    Hi Arun Kumar (IT),

    I understand how distracting it can be when a processing circle repeatedly appears next to the mouse pointer whenever the external keyboard is connected.

    To narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    • Is it a blue spinning loading circle or a larger circle that appears around the pointer?
    • Is the external keyboard connected through Bluetooth, USB or a dock/hub?
    • Does the same behavior occur with another keyboard?
    • Does the circle appear continuously or only when pressing a particular key such as Ctrl?

    In the meantime, please try these steps:

    • Check whether the Ctrl key or another key on the external keyboard is stuck.
    • If the circle appears when Ctrl is pressed, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse > Additional mouse settings > Pointer Options, then turn off Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key.
    • Disconnect and reconnect the keyboard. If it uses Bluetooth, remove it from Bluetooth settings and pair it again.
    • If it is connected through a USB hub or dock, connect it directly to the Surface and test again.
    • Install all available Windows and Surface driver/firmware updates under Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Advanced options > Optional updates.
    • Test the keyboard on another computer, or test another keyboard with the Surface, to determine whether the behavior follows the keyboard or remains with the Surface.
