Tenant Lockout – Global Administrator Recovery Request

The affected organization is an Indirect Reseller participating in the Microsoft CSP program.

This tenant has been used exclusively for Microsoft CSP partner operations and business activities.

The tenant is currently completely locked out:

• Only one Global Administrator account exists in the tenant.
• Access to the configured MFA method has been lost.
• No other Global Administrators or privileged administrators are available.
• The organization cannot access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

The customer is the legitimate owner of the tenant and is ready to provide all required documentation for ownership verification, including:

• Company registration documents;
• Proof of domain ownership;
• CSP partner information;
• Subscription details;
• Billing information;
• Tenant-related information;
• Any additional documents requested by Microsoft.

We understand that ownership verification may be required.
