Request Waiver ID verification for Operate In Server Core Test

A previous Manual Errata ID was issued for Operate In Server Core Test among the Windows HLK evaluation TC. As the Errata ID was changed from the recent Microsoft, the corresponding TC was not applied. As a Operate In Server Core Test, Errata ID is 20801, and application to this part is required. The reasons for the application are as follows. This test will fail in Windows Full Server Installation mode, as this test needs to run in Server Core mode. And it is not possible to convert to ServerCore mode from FullServer Installation in WS2016. Hence the test has not been run. We request the errata 20801 to be applied for this test.
