Nuance PDF activation website throws a 404 error

I have owned Nuance PDF since 2020 - I got a new system - as in my old system _ I have removed everything but what is absolutely necessary for operation - I don't have a choice except in what I allow you to track. MS tracks way too much - therefore I have stripped MS down to the bare essentials. I installed PDF on my system but cannot activate because the activation key website throws a 404 error code

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I am also finding it VERY VERY difficult to communicate with MS - it appears you will do ANYTHING to not answer a question - TERRIBLE customer support. All I need is an activation key for Nuance. That simple.
