Laptop keeps restarting when in sleep mode

My laptop keeps restarting when it is in sleep mode.

A couple months ago I got a virus that I could only get rid of once I completely reinstalled windows with a Windows 11 usb installer. Once I reinstalled Windows 11 my laptop would not boot anymore. It only booted once I turned Secure Boot off. Once it finally booted for the first time, I went back to my boot settings and turned secure boot back on. Ever since then my laptop starts up just fine, but it keeps restarting when it is in sleep mode.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

Edit: It has now also started randomly restarting when my laptop is turned on

    Hi!

    When you reinstall Windows, some drivers may be replaced by generic ones. It is recommended that you install the drivers provided by the manufacturer to rule this out. If you haven't done so, please provide your computer's manufacturer and model:

    • Press WINDOWS + R > Type "msinfo32" > Send me a screenshot of the System Summary.

    It is also important to check for available updates for Windows and Microsoft apps (some apps support specific Windows features):

    1. Open System Configuration > Click ''Windows Update'' > ''Check for updates''.
    2. Download all available updates. Click ''Advanced Options'' > ''Optional Updates'' > Select all available drivers and updates > Click ''Download and Install''.
    3. Search the taskbar for Microsoft Store and open the store > Click ''Library'' > ''Get Updates'' > Update all apps.

    The issue of it restarting on its own is concerning. However, reinstall the drivers first. Follow the step-by-step instructions below:

    1. Visit the Lenovo website below.

    • Verify that the laptop model is correct.
    • Expand "Motherboard Devices" > Download the 3 available drivers (AMD Chipset Driver, Intelligent Thermal Solution (ITS) Driver, AMD Power Processor Driver).
    • Expand "Display and Video Graphics" > Download the AMD VGA Driver.
    • Expand "BIOS/UEFI" > Download the BIOS Update and the BIOS Update README.
