How do I remove Copilot for good so that it never ever comes back?

If copilot was a good product I would 1) want it enabled 2) know what its capabilities were when it was enabled 3) I would be given the option to stop using it when a feature I do not like is added. I can do none of this with co-pilot and so I ask how do i disable all co-pilot from my computer as it is unwanted, un-needed, and of unknown risk as its true technical capabilities are never outlined. So either tell me how to disable it, or stay silent as I am not interest in a sales pitch on why I should keep running software I never asked for or chose to use. And finally this is the exact title of a post made in 2025 asking this exact question and was told back then co-pilot would always be an opt-in feature (also known as a lie).
