my start manue doeint want to operate it always gives me an error code and tells me to restart my pc but still nothing changes after doing so , when i try to run some updates on my windows 11 update it finds it hard to complete certain updates and stays like that, currently my version of windows 11 has reached its end of service however it doesint wabnt to download a newer version
