Severe GroupMe problem

Hi, For about 3 weeks I have not been able to log into my GroupMe community.

The GroupMe support never responds to my inquiries, chat doesn't result in solutions either.

When GroupMe announces it will send the verification code to my phone, it never happens. I've tried it about half a dozen times, never received the verification #.

Is anyone out there to help?

    Did you check whether your phone is blocking texts from unknown numbers?

    Please check your phone’s message settings to see whether the number has been added to a blocked list. If it has, try removing it from the list.

    If you are still having issues, try connecting your device to another Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot, and see whether you receive the verification code. Sometimes, the block may be tied to the specific Wi-Fi network you are connected to.

    You can also open an incognito tab, sign in to the website, and check whether you can complete the sign-in process.

    Meanwhile, make sure the phone number you are trying to use is not one of the following:

    • A VoIP number
    • A landline
    • A toll-free number
    • A premium-rate number
    • A universal access number (UAN)

    These types of numbers are not supported when registering or logging in to a GroupMe account. Please also ensure that the phone number belongs to you and can send and receive SMS messages.
