I'm an IT desktop support manager at a university, and I wanted to know the process for requesting a warranty repair for a device managed by my department.
The only path offered seems to be tied to Microsoft Accounts, but since this is his work device, I can't start the process because it's directly tied to his account.
How do other groups manage this? Is a Microsoft warranty useless now that I have no known way to use it?
