The message “Screen time information is not shared with you” usually means that the Microsoft account currently signed in does not have the Organizer role for that family member. Being an administrator on the Windows computer is separate from being a Microsoft Family Safety organizer.
Please sign out of the Family Safety page, then sign back in at Microsoft Family Safety using the Microsoft account that originally created or manages the family group. Check whether your account is shown as an Organizer and whether the affected account appears as a member of that family group.
If you are listed only as a member, another organizer must change the Chrome restriction. If no family group appears, but Chrome is still blocked, press Windows + R, enter cmd, select OK, and run the following command:
schtasks /run /tn "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefreshTask"
Restart the computer afterward.
Please let us know whether the Family Safety page identifies your account as an Organizer or a Member, as this will determine the correct next step.

but there is in the screen that i am the child and can not be the orgnizer , i have no idea why is it happing can not even remeper if i did so , but now please there is no orgnizer in real life i am the only person who uses the device , can not work since i have this issue can not open chrome or any browser please want to deltet the things and use my device normally , could you please help with that from your side

Being a Windows administrator does not change the age or Family Safety status of the Microsoft account. If Microsoft incorrectly identifies your account as a child and there is no accessible organizer, first check the birth date under Edit your Microsoft account profile.
If the birth date cannot be edited or you receive a parental-consent message:
After the account information has been corrected, press Windows key + R, enter cmd, and select OK. Run the following command I provided above and restart the computer:

Unfortunately, we cannot remove or change the Family Safety child classification from this community because it is attached to the Microsoft account, not the Windows administrator role.
