Edge developer registration blocked by automated trust review (Ref: 715-123225), request manual review

I am trying to register for the Microsoft Edge Add-ons developer program but my request was blocked by the automated trust review system.

Additional context:

• I am an independent developer. I have already published the same extension on the Chrome Web Store.
• Because the registration is blocked, I cannot access the Partner Center workspace to submit a support ticket through the normal channel.
