Not happy with copilot, i have a prem membership, I write in word and now it says I'm out of credits, that seems wrong. how many credits do I get and how come the usage isn't shown in my work. it just stopped in the middle of a chapter maybe copilot isn't the AI program for me

Thank you for reaching out and informed us about the issue with Copilot. In addition, you can refer to this article to know how much AI credit that you can have each month: AI credits and limits for Microsoft 365 subscriptions
And in order to check your credit balance, please go to account.microsoft.com/services > locate your subscription > Click Manage > Scroll down and look for AI credit balance:

The picture above is showing from our test environment, and it is showing how much credit that subscription has left. And you mentioned that currently on your Copilot is showing out of credit then at the moment I can only advise you to wait for your next AI credit renewal.
