I have an @outlook.com email address that used to produce a Daily Schedule. That email address has contacts associated with it with birthday information and the Daily Schedule used to tell me who had a birthday that day, but doesn't anymore.

To restore birthday items in the Daily Schedule for an Outlook.com account, check both the Daily agenda setting and the Birthday calendar/contact data.

    1. In Outlook.com on the web, open Calendar and make sure the Birthdays calendar is turned on under My calendars.
    2. Open People, find a contact whose birthday should appear, and confirm the Birthday field is still saved.
    3. If a contact is missing, check People > Deleted and, if needed, use Recover deleted.
    4. In Calendar, turn the Birthday calendar off and back on again from Add calendar > Birthdays.
    5. Check the Daily agenda setting. In Outlook on the web calendar settings, under Agenda mail, select Send me a daily agenda and make sure the relevant calendar is included.

Important limitation: the Birthday calendar is tied to birthday information stored in contacts. If a birthday entry was created as a manual item with extra notes or custom details, it is safer to create it as a regular yearly recurring event in the main calendar.

If the birthdays still do not appear in the daily email after these checks, use Outlook.com support from Help in Outlook.com, enter the issue, and if needed select Still need help? > Yes.
