No access to transcription in Teams

I use the Teams app on mac with the paid Teams option and I don't have access to the transcript. The option is not even offered to me. I tried to use the subtitles but I can't copy and paste because it's locked. Would anyone know how to access the transcription tool under these conditions please?

    If Transcription is missing in Teams, the cause is usually permissions, meeting role, or organizer/admin settings rather than the Mac app itself.

    Based on your description, it appears that the transcription option was disabled in the Teams admin center by your organization's IT admin. Once that option is disabled, there will be a lock next to the transcription option in your meeting options.

    To resolve the issue, please reach out to your IT admin and share these steps with them:

    1. In the left navigation of the Teams admin center, go to Users > Manage users > enter in the search bar your username.
