When I replied to emails in the past, I got a blank message field with my signature. Now I get the email that I wish to reply to at the top and my signature duplicated at the bottom underneath my original message. Help.

    Hi Richard Loewenstein

I understand that the reply layout in New Outlook for Mac has changed and that your signature is now appearing twice, including underneath the original message.

Please try resetting the signature assigned to replies:

    • In Outlook, select Outlook > Settings > Signatures.
    • Under Choose which signature appears, select the affected email account.
    • Set For replies or forwards to None, then close and restart Outlook.
    • Return to the same setting and select your preferred signature again.
    • Open a test reply and confirm that only one signature is inserted.

The original email appearing below the area where you type your reply is the normal reply layout. If the signature is still duplicated, please remove any duplicate signature entries and recreate the signature before assigning it again to replies and forwards.

Please let me know whether the issue continues after trying these steps.
