I have made an account aside from this one where i created a .onmicrosft.com account.
When i was setting up my private domain mail adresses to be used as users, i changed my primary account to that own domain one. However I can't login on that because there was no password.
And when i want to login with my .onmicrosoft.com account, it says it doesn't exist and therefore I can't login.
Now i have received an invoice for 25 subscriptions and I can't even login to that account to cancel it.

unfortunately this does not work. Once i say i'm a global administrator it asks for the linked domain. Once i spell it it just ends the call every time.

Please note that this forum is not Microsoft support, this is a user-to-user support forum. Therefore, I cannot directly escalate this for you. However, I can guide you how to contact Data Protection team.

    Hi @SVH21

In this situation, you will need to contact Data Protection team. They can help you regain access to your trial tenant.

Please visit the following page and reach out to phone number via: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

From what I know, you will need to get past the initial AI system to reach the live support team. You can refer to the guide below for tips on how to get through more easily: User's image

Please try and let me know how it goes.
