I am giving my address details while submitting it, but it is not redirecting to the next page.

I am trying to submit my address details in the form. After entering all the required information and clicking the Next/Continue button, the page does not redirect to the next step. I have tried submitting the information again, but the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this issue
