    Hi @nitin sen

I understand you want to stop getting preview builds from Windows Insider.

    Please try these steps:

    • Open Settings.
    • Go to Windows Update.
    • Select Windows Insider Program.
    • Choose Stop getting preview builds.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to unenroll your device.

If your on Windows 10, it may be Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program, then turn on Stop getting preview builds.

Also, may you press Win + R then type in 'winver' and screenshot it for me or tell me what build does it show? That way we can find a way to unenroll from Windows Insider.

If you want to go back to a stable version immediately, you may need to back up your important files first and use Windows recovery or reinstall Windows.

    Best regards,

    Nanta

    Hi,

    @Cheryl Waye @john payne

I would suggest you both use this

    link to update:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

It's a newer build than you are both on.

Download the ISO, mount the ISO, then open

the ISO folder and run Setup.

Also you should both delete this Registry Key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost

This will also take you out of Insiders.
