    Hello @Anil Patel

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Support.

I understand your concern regarding the $25 Azure credit that was offered after completing the survey and that you have not yet seen the credit applied to your account.

In many cases, promotional credits are displayed under Cost Management + Billing > Credits within the Azure portal. If the credit is not listed there, I recommend contacting the Azure Billing Support team so they can verify whether the promotional credit has been issued and associated with your subscription.

You can create a billing support request by navigating to:

Help + Support → Create a Support Request → Billing → Subscription Management / Credits

Please provide the details of the survey email you received, including the email address used to complete the survey and any confirmation messages you may have received. This will help the Billing team investigate the status of the promotional credit.

Regarding your concern about account termination, Azure accounts are generally not deleted on a specific date solely because a promotional credit has not yet been applied. The Billing team will be able to verify your account status and provide accurate information regarding any outstanding balances or credit eligibility.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need guidance on creating a billing support request, and we will be happy to assist further.

    Regards,

    Venkat.M

I think the $25 credit only appears in Cost Management > Credits, and when it is not listed the simple step is Help + Support → Billing to have them check the credit on the subscription, and Azure accounts are not removed on a specific date so confirming the credit with Billing is all that is needed.

    Hello @Anil Patel

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and for taking the time to complete the survey.

I understand your concern regarding the $25 credit mentioned in the email. I appreciate how important this is, especially if your Azure account is approaching its scheduled expiration date.

You can create a Billing Support Request in Azure even if you don't have a paid support plan. Microsoft provides billing and subscription support to all Azure customers.

Here are the steps you can follow to create support requests:

    • Go to Azure portal > Search for Help + Support or https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/overview
    • Click on Create a Support Request.
    • On right-side panel, enter Billing and click Go > select the issue with "Billing" > select your Subscription then click Next.
    • Do not click on refund request button or any suggested articles instead click on the Create support request on top of the panel.
    • Select the Issue type as Billing and, select the summary, problem type and problem subtype as per your issue like below > then click on Next.
    • Do not click on refund request button or any recommendation solution/article, instead click on the Return to support request then click Next.
    • Fill all the required information and provide a clear description of your issue and click Next.
    • Review and create as submit the support request.
    • You should receive an automated email within a few minutes and then be contacted by support team.

Kindly check the below documentation for more details: How to create an Azure support request - Azure supportability | Microsoft Learn
