Report Messages as junk to multiple emails

Yes. In supported versions of Outlook, multiple selected messages can be reported at once by selecting one or more messages, then Report > Report phishing or Report junk.

For messages in the Junk Email folder, the built-in Report button supports Not junk, not Report phishing. Messages reported as Not junk are moved out of Junk Email to the Inbox.

For the built-in Report button:

• When multiple messages or an email thread are reported, each message is submitted as a separate, individual report.
