Use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word on a second device - surface 4

Spent hours chatting with support to resolve accessing office 365 products on my surface 4 using my active 365 account. Keep getting messages that versions of PowerPoint, Word, Excel are not supported with and need to buy 365 when I already have an active subscription using my surface 7 device. Chat support recommended I contact technical support to resolve after ensuring my correct email is associated with account, that I have only one account, and finally re-installing 365 on my surface 4. Problem continues and would like a live person to connect to my surface 4 to help resolve.
