By “hotlinks,” do you mean the website shortcuts/Quick Links on the Edge start or new tab page?
I don’t see a documented setting in Edge for Android that lets you manually increase the number of Quick Links to 20.
To narrow this down:
- What is the exact message you get when trying to add another link?
- How many links can you currently add before that message appears?
- What version of Edge are you using? You can check under Edge "Settings" > "About Microsoft Edge".
If possible, please also share a screenshot of the message.
