Event ID 1040 (TPM-WMI) Error - Pre-attestation failure ("EkCertIsAvailable": false) after hardware upgrade

I recently upgraded my computer's motherboard and CPU, and I am now seeing a persistent error in the Windows Event Viewer (Event ID 1040, TPM-WMI).

The error message says:

"Pre-attestation health checks confirm a critical component has failed, and the device is not expected to pass attestation."

My Setup:

• New Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI
• New CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

What I have tried so far:

• I did a completely clean reinstallation of Windows.
• I checked my settings, and Secure Boot is turned ON.

The summary shows "HealthStatus": "Cannot be attested" and "EkCertIsAvailable": false. My TPM chip is active and responsive for basic windows tasks, but it is failing the attestation check due to this missing endorsement certificate block.

Could anyone guide me on how to get Windows to properly recognize or provision this missing certificate on my new hardware? Do I need to update to a specific AGESA BIOS version on this MSI motherboard to resolve the issue?
