Windows 10 license expired after update

Hello. I have a PC that I purchased from Dell with Windows 10 preinstalled. It now shows that I am using an unregistered copy of Windows. I have tried to put in the registration code from the sticker on the side of the PC and it will not accept it.
Please how do I remedy this without purchasing a new license or PC.

2026-08-16T08:36:37.47+00:00 You say there is a sticker on the side of the PC. Does that show what product the licence is for.
Dell would not normally apply a sticker to their product when the OEM licence is embedded in the bios. Does the sticker show Windows 7 or 8, Windows 10 or something else?
