Try these checks in Excel, in this order:
- Print to PDF first.
- Go to File > Print.
- Select Microsoft Print to PDF.
- If the email addresses appear in the PDF, the workbook is fine and the issue is likely the printer or printer driver.
- If they are also missing in the PDF, the issue is in the worksheet formatting or print setup.
- Turn on Wrap Text for the email address cells.
- This helps long text print fully instead of being cut off.
- Use AutoFit on the email column and the affected rows.
- Column AutoFit can fix text cut off at the end.
- Row AutoFit can fix text cut off at the top or bottom.
- Check the Print Area.
- If the print area was set incorrectly, Excel can leave out cells that should print.
- Check page layout settings.
- In File > Print, review Page Setup.
- Check margins, scaling, paper size, and orientation.
- Slightly increasing the column width can also help if the email addresses are long.
- Check for page break issues.
- If part of the sheet is pushed to another page, review Page Break View and adjust as needed.
- Update or reinstall the printer driver.
- Print preview can look correct while the final printed output is different because the printer driver controls the actual print job.
If only the printed paper leaves out the email addresses, but PDF output is correct, focus on the printer driver and printer settings first.
