I don't understand an email I recently received regarding Microsoft Publisher. Please advise.

Microsoft are sending out that Email to most Office users, on 1st of October this year, the publisher app will be deprecated and no longer available in the Microsoft 365 subscription version of Office.

If you do not use the Publisher app, there is nothing further you need to do and your other Office apps will continue to work normally.

If you do use the Publisher app and wish to continue using that app, after October, you would need to use an older version of Office like Office 2021 or the standalone Publisher 2021 app, Microsoft no longer provides those older versions of Office.
