This panel has suddenly started appearing on my Bing home page. I can delete when I refresh the page, but it returns and I have not found any way of stopping it permanently.

JFC. I am sick of these constant "updates" that disrupt my nice, clean Bing homepage image. GIVE ME AN OPTION TO TURN OFF THE "CONTINUE EXPLORING" BOX!

As I checked, what you see is a new function in Bing that there is currently not an official way to eliminate it. If it actually annoys you, please submit feedback to the Bing engineering team using the "Send Feedback" button.
