Why can't my Azure account claim the Azure for Students offer?

I would like to ask why I am unable to sign up for the Microsoft Azure account linked to my GitHub Student Pack, it says I am ineligible, even though I have already joined the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Please help me, as Azure is crucial for my studies.

    GitHub Education and Microsoft Azure for Students use separate verification systems. Even though your GitHub Student Developer Pack is approved, Azure still needs to verify your eligibility through Microsoft’s own process.

    To resolve this, register directly at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students/ using your official college email.

    If the issue continues, contact Microsoft Azure support at https://aka.ms/AzureEduSupport so they can manually verify your eligibility or confirm the plan available in your region. GitHub verification alone does not guarantee Azure access since Microsoft has its own regional and institution-based checks.
