Minecraft Rrealms Double Charge

I was recently double charged for a Minecraft Realm, and I was told I could go to my order history and request a refund, yet everytime I've tried to do this, I haven't found any sort of button for return, and all the help I've received was to head to the website and try to find where to get a refund, does anyone know how I could fix this?

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

To submit a refund, kindly go to this link:

https://support.xbox.com/en-us/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

Kindly log in and submit a refund. The support team will investigate. However, the refund is not guaranteed.

If the charge appears as the same order being billed twice, have the Microsoft account and order number ready and contact Microsoft Store Support. The documented guidance for duplicate charges is to contact support directly.

If the purchase was accidental or unauthorized, use the refund flow for Microsoft Store purchases:

    1. Go to the Xbox refund page and sign in: Request a refund for digital games.
    2. Select the item.
    3. Choose Request a refund.
    4. Enter the reason and select Next.
    5. Select Submit.

Refund requests can take up to 72 hours to process. After that, the status can be checked on the Refund status tab. If a refund has been issued but the payment provider has not posted it yet, wait a few days. Refunds are generally applied to the original payment method.

If no online return or refund option appears, contact Sales support or Microsoft Store Support.
