I received the Microsoft 365 benefit from the Microsoft Student Offer, but I have not received or been able to activate the included LinkedIn Premium benefit. Could you please help me access the LinkedIn Premium offer?

If the LinkedIn Premium activation email has not arrived yet, wait up to 7 days after activating the Microsoft 365 student offer, then check all mail folders using a desktop browser if possible:

    1. Check Inbox.
    2. Check Spam/Junk.
    3. Check Promotions.
    4. Check Other/Focused Inbox.
    5. Search for messages containing LinkedIn, Premium, Microsoft, or Career.

Also verify that the Microsoft 365 subscription is active:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions area.
    2. Confirm the Microsoft 365 student subscription shows as Active.

If more than 7 days have passed and no activation email was received, contact Microsoft Support and request help with a missing LinkedIn Premium benefit:

    1. Open Contact Microsoft 365 Support.
    2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the student offer.
    3. Enter LinkedIn Premium not received.
    4. Select Contact Support.
    5. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office and a subscription or billing-related option.

For general LinkedIn integration information, Microsoft apps can display LinkedIn profile information, and users can connect LinkedIn with Microsoft accounts.
