If the LinkedIn Premium activation email has not arrived yet, wait up to 7 days after activating the Microsoft 365 student offer, then check all mail folders using a desktop browser if possible:
- Check Inbox.
- Check Spam/Junk.
- Check Promotions.
- Check Other/Focused Inbox.
- Search for messages containing LinkedIn, Premium, Microsoft, or Career.
Also verify that the Microsoft 365 subscription is active:
- Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions area.
- Confirm the Microsoft 365 student subscription shows as Active.
If more than 7 days have passed and no activation email was received, contact Microsoft Support and request help with a missing LinkedIn Premium benefit:
- Open Contact Microsoft 365 Support.
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the student offer.
- Enter LinkedIn Premium not received.
- Select Contact Support.
- Choose Microsoft 365 and Office and a subscription or billing-related option.
For general LinkedIn integration information, Microsoft apps can display LinkedIn profile information, and users can connect LinkedIn with Microsoft accounts.
