WE have need to translate many French documents. I have been using this function for years.
On the settings page, this option has greyed out along with several other features and I am unable to solve the problem.
I also tried to upgrade and add my wife to the subscription and have failed.
I am a senior and was hoping to speak with someone at Microsoft... but alas... this option is a thing of the past..... A Bot says look it up and Goodbye!
