phantom notebook on website onedrive

I had a notebook on classic onedrive that got deleted. the online version still has the notebook but when clicked crashes with this type error message Correlation ID: [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]

    I can see that you’re having trouble accessing the notebook.

    Since it was deleted from the original OneDrive location and the remaining online entry crashes when selected, the entry may be an outdated link rather than an accessible copy of the notebook.

    Please check the OneDrive Recycle bin while signed in with the account that originally stored the notebook. If the notebook or its folder is available, restore it and then try opening it again from OneDrive.

    You can also open the OneNote desktop app and check File > Info > Open Backups to see whether a local backup of the notebook is available. If you find one, copy the recovered sections into a new notebook before syncing.
