Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Evaluation copy. Build 261008925, I have tried over the last 3 days. The Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem. Last night it downloaded, updated. But same issue this morning?

The version that I have tried to download/install over the last 3 days, with success is Windows 11 Insider Preview Feature Update (26220.9022).
Since the expiry date, My WI-FI Hotpot doesn't work. Tried all solutions. Can't setup, but was working until 11 August, 3 days ago.
PLease HELP
