I have replaced my expired credit card for payment in Azure Portal. But I still facing this error when deploying gpt 5.4-mini model in Foundry.
715-123420: Our system has detected this request as unusual activity for your account. If you are confident this is in error, please contact support.
I am not subscribed to support plan so I couldn't raise support ticket. Hope that you can assist me here.
